The Terminator refers to The Maker (which C-3PO did when being lowered into the oil bath by Luke on Tatooine). “Charming to the last” was spoken by Governor Tarkin on board the Death Star when Leia began ranting at him and Darth Vader prior to the destruction of Alderaan.
