I don’t watch medical dramas (I have to draw the line somewhere), but when I used to, it seemed like whenever a patient was in an arrest, the doctor would ask for ten ccs of something and inject it right into the patient’s heart and lo and behold, they’d cough and blink and say “what happened?” and the doctor would say “I’ve just restarted your heart” or something to that effect.
