There are a couple of things going on here. First of all you might notice spare body parts piled on the table. These are actually supposed to be Whiskey’s and Tigergirl’s clothes. Second, the gray thing Tigergirl is holding over herself wasn’t supposed to be anything in particular, but it just struck me as funny considering the placement of the brick studs. Third, you’ll notice Tigergirl’s face is different. Like Whiskey’s head, hers also has two faces – leering grin and panicky. Finally, I absolutely love Tyrant’s last line here and almost love Whiskey’s last line just as much.
I’ve always suspected that a bad name is often the reason that people (or animals) do bad things. “Saddam” sounds too much like “Sodomy”, doesn’t it? And if you were named “Mr. Fluffernutter” you’d be mad at the world too.
Cats have a unique idea about what constitutes love and affection sometimes. One of the things I had fun with this week was figuring out all the different verbal sound effects generated by Whiskey and TigerGirl.
