“Sorry about that, Chief” is a nod to both the TV series and this summer’s movie Get Smart. Tortoise may have an honest face, but it’s pretty clear he absolutely bamboozled Science Guy.
Science Guy is one of those brilliant, naive, pure scientists who doesn’t understand that people are going to use his greatest inventions for EVIL purposes.
